I have 621-2 lnbf on a 10 ft dish. I worked all day getting my to work. There is a triangle on the housing of mine and it has to be pointed at the 4 o'clock position before you start adjusting. Check your installation instructions and make sure. A good site to go to for legal fta for information is legalfreetoair. Lot of good information and help for what your looking for.

so:
you're using C band with 22KHz off, and Ku Band with 22KHz on?
what is the LO frequency you are using for KU, and what satellite are you pointing at?

using Ku on a C-band dish is going to require MORE precision for aiming the dish. Make sure to double-check the elevation of the dish while using Ku!

Mine was sagging, and I was getting less than normal signals on Ku, and also getting mixed up with signals from other nearby satellites. I could get signal on SES-1 from three different positions while turning the dish(sidelobes) , and also getting Galaxy 3C at the same time as Galaxy 19, until i fixed the elevation and focal-length.
