Default "No Information" on programming guide


I have a Captain 8000HD and I run BEV on it. Initially I had all of the programming information, but that seems to have gone away about 2 fixes ago. I receive all of the channels, but never know what's on because "No Information" is listed for all channels. How can I fix this?

Problem solved. I had Nimiq 2 selected as the main satellite when I was actually pointed at Nimiq 1 therefore it wasn't able to recieve the proper programming info. Have had to reset system settings a few times, so I selected the wrong satellite - don't make the same mistake!!
