Are you sure that is the message you're getting? I have never heard of that one and can't find anything remotely close to that error.

Cheers

I have never used that receiver but that is a first for me as well.
cjames try telling us exactly what you have tried and the results.
We can't be guessing here.

I'm thinking you might have an issue with either the coax, switch (if you have one) or the LNB. I'd start by insuring that all connections are secure/tight and in good condition. Check the coax leading from receiver all the way to the dish/LNB, making sure it's not damaged. If possible, try changing out the LNB.

Cheers

I hope it is just a matter of a loose connection, maybe in the back of your receiver.
As Cs says make sure to check all of your connections and make sure you have the cables all connected to the correct connector on your receiver.

Good Luck!

Have you checked that you have the coax in the right port on the receiver as Satbum mentioned?

Honestly I'm at a loss after this....Anybody Else???

Ok...One other thought...Is this receiver new to your mix? Have you tried disconnecting the other receiver?

Cheers

Like Cs asked.... Have you ever had this receiver working? If not maybe you should return it.
