I have a Captain 7100. I have tried to program dn sats but I can't get any audio or video. I get good strength and quality signals, 90%, on 7,8/10. and 9 but still no picture. I have programmed bev 91 but only get sporadic reception, every 10 minutes or so I get about 30 seconds then freezes. That's why I am trying to get dn. I feel that I am missing a setting but I am not sure which one. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

when the new files come out.do a factory default.
then follow the wizard.at the end say yes to OBS.
this will scan your hardware,enter the correct settings and then scan your channels for you.
then wait for pic.
if you get problems after that let us know.
