i am thinking to buy Pansat 3500 sd and get bev channel . i am in Washington ,what do i need to do ?

You need to do a lot of reading....
Go to the Receiver section that you are interested in and start reading the how to posts. In this case it would be the Pansat 3500. That is a receiver that I have never used and I would have to do the same if I had one.
