My remote doesn't work

all the lights on the remote work my reciever works fine but there is no connection between the remote and the unit. Is anybody else having this problem?? or does anyone have a solution. thanks for looking.

Make sure the light in the remote is in STB button.

this happened yesterday with my VS Ultra. I changed the batteries, nothing. I finally just turned off the unit from the back power switch for a couple hours and tried it again. Low and behold it worked again. Not sure why but it did.

yea i have it on the correct one, i've tried turning off the unit for a whole day took out the batteries for a whole day nothing works. and thanks for replying.

rocket...might need to contact who sold you the STB and mention your problem...warranty repair/replacement. Make sure you don't talk about what files you've added (BIN updates) and if they need the receiver make sure to flash back to website (CNX) posted factory BIN.
