Default Need help with CS6100 Remote


If I unplug the receiver and then plug it back in the remote will only work for about 5 seconds and thats it. The box will not respond to anything by remote but will change channels manually on the face of the receiver. Does anyone have any ideas?

closed to the on-off red button is a STB button press that one
if don't work try new batteries and for last you have to replace
the remote control
