Exclamation tell me what wrong with what I do


I'm kindaa newby with all of this and that what I did but without any succes.I connected my cable to my pc and coolsat 6000 and use the programe win the bin file that I downloaded. When I start my program, it tell me to turn on my receiver (I open the on/off switch in the back) and then nothing happen.Well my receiver turn on but no data transfer.I left it on all night without success. So please help me so by next fix I will be able to enjoy my receiver...Thank in advance.

You don't have correct Data transfer Cable. Try with another DB9 Serial Cable. I had a similar issue and resolve with correct cable.

6k fix is always a couple days behind the rest, we can only wait, and maybe go watch on a buddies viewsat

I Think The Issue Is Coolsat Is Issuing Fixes For Newer Models Only To Sell Newer Receiver And Force Us , Old Models Owners To Buy New Receivers 6100 And Up.
I Don't Think Anyone Would Repeat The Bad Experience Though.
Coolsat Is A Great Receiver But The Company Sucks!!!!

Confirm, Coolsat support is Sucks. All receivers already in game. I trying many times getting answer, with receiver is the best. But no one can give me straight answer.
