Default Where do I enter Dish Settings

Hi,

I just got my CW 800 today and I'm replacing my CS 6000. I have set up the reciever, but I'm only getting 0% strength and 01% quality. Where do I go in the menu to enter the Dish Settings that I had in CS I looked in the manual, but I couldn't find the answer. In CS I set my Antenna position to 071.0 W/ 041.0 N. I don't see where to enter this info in CW.

When you say you setup receiver, does that mean you updated the software?

If so, you need to Hit F1 and enter 000 (3 zeros) to enable the patch.

You did not specify which dish you have. Looks like you might have a motor. Or, are you just entering the Latitude/Longitude? You only need to enter that info for use with a motor.

If you are wondering what to do next, read the link below:

Ask another question here, if you need to, and someone will answer that post.

I couldn't locate the info on the dish. I believe it's a 31" dish. The motor is a DisEqc 1.2 motorized H-H Motor. I think the model is DXM-7000/42.
Here is the dish settings I used for my CS"
Satellite 91.0 W nimiq 1/3
Frequency - [1] 12.222 GHz(v)
DisEqc motor - USALS
Move - Stop
Limit - Motor Control
Sat Degree 091.0 W
Antenna Position - 071.0 W / 041.0 N

With CS I was getting Quality and Strength signals, both in the mid to upper 90 percents.
There were around 7 satellites available with great signal strength.

I just can't find where or how to enter this info into my CW 800.
Any help would be much appreciated.

OK, here's what I've got so far. I played around with my settings and I've got echostar 6,8 110W up to 86 percent quality and 92 percent strength. I did a scan and have the channels now, but it's saying "scrambled channel". Is CW still waiting for a new fix, or are we up? Thanks again.

New file is out, so as long as you are using the latest file, you should be up and running.

Rip it up...
