hey im new to this so I need some help I downloaded the new 1.37 into my memory stick then i plugged it into the back of the captive works box, I go to usb and updated the data but after its done it asks me should i reboot it i tried both but it still doesnt work do I have to do anything else or did i do something wrong please reply

Hit F1 and enter 000 (3 zeros) to enable the patch.
