After uploading my channel list to the computer, I (duh) disconnected the coax from the stb before switching the stb off. Now, the stb doesn't recognize signals from the remote.
So, I loaded factory bin v1.20, and then loaded the factory (blank) channel list . The language screen comes up, but The stb still doesn't recognize signals from the remote (good batteries, and stb button selected). I then loaded Diagnostic-v1.00 from the stb. But scrolling down at the stb, it will only scroll to the "Live Signal" line. When I try to go to the next lower line (Nvram Clear), it jumps to the top. I can't get to it.
The controls on the stb work, and I can view the free ppv channel with a good bin loaded.
The problem is that the stb doesn't respond to the remote. The remote is set properly. I think the software must be corrupted.
Does anybody have a solution?
