Default NewPhase 217 keys embedded


I wasn't going to release a new file yet because 214 is working flawlessly, But I wanted to include the current keys so folks don't have to wait after loading.
Just load and watch tv, in some rare cases you might have to set default keys and exit to screen and watch instantly.
