If you scroll down one the main title page a long list of reciever brands appear, Pansat, Coolsat, Viewsat etc. Select the type of reciever in the box ( extreme, ultra, pro ). Two boxes will appear once you click on the reciver name 1. Guides and discussions 2. Files only. In the files only column is a list of the bins starting with the most current followed by older bins, some work, some dont. Its up to you to test and test.

I have a Viewsat 2000 Ultra, I have all the channels on the screen but no audio/video any suggestion?
