I cannot get it to tell me it unpacked files correctly and to restart system. It goes to 100% but doesn't load it. Never had this happen before. Still has the last bin loaded on it.

Try to do a Factory reset, then reload the Bin File.And Power OFF-ON. Then let us know.

Are you downloading the bin from the server or else? From the Third party server is working fine, no freezing.
