please help how to open bin folder and install into reciever

I just got a coolsat 7000 first time ever having a reciever now i am trying to program the bin files onto it and when i download the bin file i am not able to open it apparently my system does not have the required file to read it does anyone have the right file so that i am able to extract the bin file inorder to open it please help getting fustrated

You can start by NOT posting this in FILES ONLY SECTION. You might get quicker help if you do???????????

Right click on it to extract the file. Normally you can use either Winzip or Winrar to extract the file. Winzip if you don't have it is here http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread...ghlight=winzip

Le Gnome is right! Winzip or Winrar should do the work just great. I use Winrar and it does the trick.
