Access Files

Hi I joined this web site but I have yet not been able to down load the files I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not I'm doing the same as I always did I can down load it from another site but I paid for this so I would like to use it .It tells me I don't have a valid archive but it is the same some I use for all my other stuff Please Help.

I moved you post to correct place.
By looks of things you should be able to download files..

Clear out cache in your browser.
Log Out then back in see if you can get files..

If you can't get in then let us know then I let one Boss know.

You should have no problem to download any files with your status.
