Default channel list ?sdx?

I've been trying to use this channel master with my cw600s reg. It evidently requires an sdx file format (I'm assuming) but I've yet to figure out how to get this sdx file or to create an sdx file. Any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to use your loader and serial cable to export that file into your computer.

I have a long channel list on my stb but it's an older channel list and is a bin file. I have another channel list in the channel master but it is a cmproj file and needs to be an sdx or bin in order for me to use the loader to put it in the stb. Am I making any sense? Plus I think I would rather just get this other channel list off my stb if possible. If anyone knows how to do that. Thanks for any suggestions.
