Need Help!!

I just hooked up my new CNX-DUO I loaded the DPT 2.36 software update and the mos recent patch. The problem I have is when I changed the channels the number channel does not change on the receiver. Example I had it on 300 and I changed it to 171 and in the receiver the number did not change I press the info button and it shows info for channel 171 which is the correct channel.I change to other channels and it still stays on 300. I rebooted several times but it stills does the same. Do I have to download earlier software updates. or is it the receiver that is bad thank you for any info.

i have a I pro 2000. i get a strong signal and quality but no signal what went wrong? it was working and now nothing. please help. when i hook up my viewsat it works and i get some channels, but not the I pro 2000
