I don't own this receiver, but it sounds like you have an LNB or switch problem. Signal quality is the most important (signal strength just means there is power getting to parts).
Make sure your power from the receiver is turned off or the receiver is unplugged. I'd start by checking the switch (if using a DISEqC) by changing the port that 110W is connected to. Change you dish setup to match and see if the solves the problem.

If you need to test the LNB, you could always take the LNB pointed at 119 and swap with 110, otherwise you'll need another LNB...

If you are using DishPro LNB's make sure you DISEqC ports are correct 119W on port 1 and 110W on port 2.

Always make sure there is no power when disconnecting or connecting cables, switches and LNBs.

Cheers

Coolsats tend to be very good at pulling in weak signals...could be that you just need to tweak your dish a little for the CNX...

Cheers

OK...You need to post what type of dish, LNBs and switch you are using to get both receivers up. Also post your settings for dish setup in the CNX. We can't go any further to help you without that info now.

Cheers

I believe it's the dish your using, I've heard that the phase III dish (from DTV) won't work. I've also heard that it'll only catch one sat and not the other. Could be wrong, sorry if I am. Mods correct me if I'm wrong...

That lnb will work with any of the DSS sats. If it pulls in 119 it will also get the rest of them except the FSS linear ones.
Sounds like your dish need re-aiming or tweaking and it could be a bad switch as well.

And heed what CsftaForever said, "Always make sure there is no power when disconnecting or connecting cables, switches and LNBs."
