sat not working

i downloaded the new fix for Cw 700 03-13-2008. I am missing channels, my husbands fav Bell 600,601,614(AE),417(speed) Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

How strong is your signal? Check lyngsat.com to see what transponder those channels are on and see if you have a signal there.

My signal is at 65,68%. Its not saying that my signal is weak, the channels aren't there at all. I don't know what happened to them, i had them before the fix.

If you CW 700 is anything like my CW800 it needs a stronger signal. CW's are known to need more of a signal strenght so that's where I would start.

I'd have to agree with signal strength problem. My brother and i each have a CW 700
his unit and my unit pick up all channels at my location but not at his-due to signal strength.
