N.O.I Advanced Setting No Nort

I have NOI working well with the South Server, but it will not switch to North Servers when I change to a North Channel.
It seems to stay on South and not even attempt to contact the North Server.
South information is entered in South Server 1
North information is entered in North Server 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have renumbering turned on for n? I think it puts a 1? in front of each ch number so you don't have 2 ch 300's for example. That may help but I don't keep up with NOI.

Thank-you for your response.
I have tried deleting all of the channels and making bell the primary channels but this did not make a difference. It still will not change over to the north server.
