What do I need to do to set up mu Sonicview 360 Premier receiver, in what order, and where do I find what I need

For True FTA? just a factory file..
for anything else.. you would have to tell us what you want to do.
If you are thinking you are going to circumvent a certain provider.. in the U.S.. not going to work. and I do not suggest you should try and do that either
SD receivers are no longer working for those who did that.. only HD receivers that can be modified.. will work. and again.. not suggesting you do that either..

For true FTA the latest factory file works. If you are looking for other sats like 82/91/110/119/129 all but one havel gone MPEG 4. The only sat that receiver will lock and work on is 91W.
