Default Question about ilink iR210 need help please!!

Hello everyone, I just got an ilink IR210 but after turn off with remote it remains connected to server. so i cannot connect other receivers until i turn off this stb with the rear switch or disconnect its ethernet cable. is it normal for this stb to stay connected after being turned off? because all my other stbs Sonicview, Nano2 Converted, and Linkbox disconnect from server automatically after turned off. thanks for your help

Yes.. turning off with the front power switch or the remote only puts it in standby mode..
the rear switch is the same as unplugging it from the outlet..

You should be able to go into the settings & disconnect from the currently connected server, maybe by unchecking a box or pushing the proper color coded button on the remote.

We are always glad to help, when we can.
"IF" getting up to turn off the receiver with the rear switch is an issue.. you can always get a device to use a remote control to turn it off and on.. lol

Read the set up guides, then work backwards to disconnect from server.
