Support for V1?

Maybe the mods out there can answer this one for me. Is this box still being supported? I have an aunt who has one of these, and I didn't know it even existed until I got on this site. Please let me know if anybody has any info on this model.

CNX has a tradeup program for the V1. You can get a significant discount to upgrade to a CNX Duo or CNX Trio by trading it in. They haven't said they are discontinuing support. But, there hasn't been a bin file for over a month for this receiver model. I would strongly consider trading it in, as the Duo and Trio are heavily supported.

a freind of mine said that she uses due files for the v1 ..
after laoding the original duo bin!! food for thought!!!
