Default motor dish not moving

Hi can someone please advise..
Motor is stuck on one sat and not moving..
What can I troubleshoot?..
Does longitude and latitude setup have anything to do with it?

Thanks.

It does not work with USALS where you input your longtitude and latitude ?

have you tried moving it with the manual button out on the motor
I take it is like an SG2100 motor.. not a BUD Actuator arm...

Yes on the SG2100 there is a button to move the dish manually. outside..
Maybe you lost your East and West Limits.. and they need to be reset...
hard to day.. it is the process of elimination..
When you changed the switch did that improve the signal on the Quality meter?
it could be bad connections.. with receiver off.. check all connections.. look for rust.. moisture..

here is all the info you should need on your motor.

...and what is the outcome???
A reset on the motor may be possible, ( not sure on this unit) but it may help, or power off then up again
