Freezing is generally only one of two things.

1. The server is not getting the control word to the end destination fast enough. There are many causes for this.

2. Your router or internet is hiccuping constantly on things coming in.

Often a reboot of the modem, router and receiver will resolve the issue if it's a hiccup on the users end. If not all you can do is make sure that your signal and quality are good on the satellites and all operating transponders you are aiming at and that your internet isn't lagging somewhere. If you've done those things it's probably the server.

You can also try pinging the server to see if you get packet loss.

If you need to enter a code.. then you need to have the SVLAN connected..... and working properly...... not sure about the T file you are talking about.. .never seen it used.... by any of my friends...
