Yea mine is too!The odd freeze but not too bad.I'll take it.And that HD on bev--Wow! I sure hope that the rumor mills are wrong about the ship sinkin' cause I really like this receiver.Just my opinion.

I dont get it... Theres no new file. And mines not working with 626b bin... Am i missing something?

Try disconnecting and then reconnecting your lnb at back of box. Turn off your box at back before doing this. The let a/r for about 3 or 4 minutes. Make sure a/r is on for both d/n and bev. Good luck.

My 2 boxes are not working either. Nothing. I should be missing something. I lost the signal 2 days after the patch. I'm using the HDMI 626b version.

I think i just found a way to load it and have the 8000HD to work! v626b has to be renamed APP_7710_down.bin and loaded. you may not have the Audio but you will have to disconnect your HDMI cable and connect your box with regular cables. This will solve the Audio problem. The v626 HDMI is not working even renamed so use the regular 626b version.

I am happy my Captain is working again and I can watch all the channels including PPV.
I entered the new DN keys manually with A/R off and then I ON the A/R. I leave the receiver on all the time. If the picture freezes and cannot change the channels, I press the colored buttons (4) from left to right in sequence. Off the receiver with the remote. If it doesn't shut off I shut it from the rear switch and switch on while the front STB button pressing, release and press again. It boots and all seems to be working fine. There is occasional freezing for 10-30 secs. No big deal.
