Do you have a Cband (3' or larger dish a BUD(BIG UGLY DISH)) or KU Band Linear LNB
This provides the FEC info for you.
https://www.lyngsat.com/Galaxy-19.html

this image from Lyngsat.com

stops short of the beginning of TP 122224 which is KU Band Circular.

Any channel that is Light Yellow (SD) and Light Green(HD) should be good to see. They are all In The Clear!

The invacom lnb is both selectable two for linear and two outputs for circular. No C band dish. Got rid of that after the videocipher.

Invacom works on every sat, but on 118.7, only gets one polarity.. is my understanding of it..

Correct. it is not for that one. However, it is fine for Galaxy 19 and Nimic 5 done for today. I am not about to give up. This is messing with me.

I have tried a few different sats using linear polarity and with my meter I get strong signals but no quality. I just purchased a linear LNB thinking the linear part of my invacom died and is no longer on frequency but giving signal strength. Any circular sat I set the dish on works spot on.

Or it could be possibly your switch you are going thru, if you are using a switch is bad.

or a bad connection, I remember my old BUD, I had, was watching a channel one day, and it started to get cloudy and I lost signal. and never got a good picture back, went out to the dish, and disconnected the cable, from the LNB.. and the only thing providing signal was a rusty center wire.. and when I disconnected it, that was still in the LNB end.. lol

Connecting directly to the output. Not using any switch. Thanks for the suggestion. I did try a switch and a 22khz switch to see if there was any oscillation that was killing it. No change. I get signal and no quality. That is telling me an LNB problem showing noise and no quality. I hope!
