Input Serial Number

Hey guys and gals. I just downloaded 1.44 which is probably the sixth or eighth bin that i have done in this machine and when i restarted my receiver, i got a message that i had to input the serial #. Just wondering whats up with that? Is it an attempt to weed out the clones? Also we are looking at BEV and ch 327 and some others are scrambled. Is this a new ECM or have these channels been changed to nagravision?3,4? or whatever? Thanks for the help ,bye for now

a bunch of channels have dropped today,not sure about serial #
think about getting a dish for the other sat

I just downloaded 1.45 and I get the same thing, its asking me for a serial number and it wouldnt do anything else, please help! Thanks...

captive work has put in a secure system to make sure you dont have a clone as far as the serial nember is concerned. make sure you input it twice exact the same way without 0 being the starting number(s)

I guess something happened while downloading 1.45. I had to re-install the factory bin file, set up all my channels and then re-install 1.45 again. It worked. Plus I think my remote control was set to VCR or AUX, dont know but since I was used to the CW-600s remote, it took me a while to figure out how the buttons worked. Thanks though...
