does anyone have same problems with the DUO. I had Sound but no Video. ??? 10/31/08

Can you provide more information please? What sats you are looking at? What file you have loaded? Is is just one channel or is it on everything?

You may want to try hard reboot, by turning off unit from behind for about a min. and turn back on. Hope this helps you out, if not come back and let us know.
