Missing Indian channels on 118

I have just setup my CNX Duo and I am getting many channels on Sat 119, 110 and 118.

However, I am missing some Indian channels (like Gemini, MAA, Zee, Star TV,etc.) where as I am getting some other ones like TEJA, UDAYA, etc.

Any help in this will be appreciated.

Check out this link and find out what transponder carries those channels that you are missing. Once you find out the transponder check your receiver to make sure you have quality on that transponder. If you don't have quality there, then that's the problem. If you do have quality, then try scanning that transponder manually.

I have added the corresponding transponder and got the channel (811) on sat 118. As long as I watch the channel it is fine. But I switch to another channel and try to come back to this, it says 'No signal'. After a few repeated tries of going up and down the channels, it comes back.

Can someone explain why this happens?
