~~~ Screen Format (Go to menu--options--osd--screen format)
~~~ Channel Extended Information (Press Info button 2 times)
~~~ Under USB menu the color key for Format and Delete. Now Blue is delete (same as Channel Manager) and Yellow is Format.
~~~ Auto EPG download when in standby.
When you turn off by RCU, box will be automatically changed to EPG channel and downloads EPG . When you turn on, box will be back to where you turn off.
Best way to test is turn box off by RCU, then turn off and on from the back to erase EPG . Wait for a couple of minutes, then turn box on by RCU to see if EPG is refilled
~~~ Closed Caption
Corrected weird characters and misspellings (Don’t forget providers do send wrong CC sometimes).
CC will record and show on playback.
If you wish to show CC on playback, turn your CC on before the playback.
If you wish not to show CC on playback, turn your CC off before the playback.
CC can’t not be turn on/off during the playback.
~~~ Blind Scan
When you select blind scan for channel search, new menu option has been added to select Frequency Step and Symbol Rate Range.
~~~ Theme Search
To activate Theme Search Press #0 on remote
Use left right arrow keys around OK button to navigate through Theme Menu
Press OK to select Channel
Press Red button to add/remove theme categories
Additions/Features:
In control panel option to turn front Blue led on/off
Added 2mhz in blind scan...deleted 12mhz
Added icon display for themes
Added Maturity rating and Parental lock:
EPG information is needed to enable parental lock by maturity rating
Parental lock will lock all maturity ratings higher than selected maturity rating.
If “None” is selected for Parental lock, then channels will be locked by using Channel Manager only.
Added In EPG mode:
Red (Audio) button will change to Ch. 239
Pressing Red (Audio) button one more time will download EPG manually.

To Use, Press FUNCTION Button On Remote While In EPG
Added Message Box With Progress Bar
First Word Of Program Name Is Capital Sensitive (Must start with a capital letter :'( ...)
Full True TimeShift Added
Enabling TimeShift
Go To Menu - Accessory - Time Machine
Select File Size (512MB = 30Mins :: 1GB = 1hr.)
Once File Size Is Selected, Press Create - - - Finished
***This action creates a .ITM file in your external drive in order to use TimeShift
Exit Out Of Menu To Live TV
Using TimeShift
While TimeShift Is Enabled, Press Rewind Button From Remote To Rewind Live TV
Press Pause Button From Remote To Pause Live TV
Press Play Button From Remote To Play After Pausing
Press Stop Button From Remote To Return To Live TV When In TimeShift Mode
Recording and reservations in EPG
To set a program to record within EPG press record on that program and it will record at scheduled time.
To reserve a program so Unit will turn to that channel at scheduled time press record button twice and green circle will show. Unit will turn to that channel at appropriate time and not record.
To disable a scheduled recording or reservation from within the EPG , highlight program with red or green circle and press record button until no circle is on that program.
