Hello Everyone,
The site will be down on 10-18-2008 for approximately 12 hours, we will be back up as normal after that. For more information, please read this email below.
Dear Valued Customer
Over the past 6 months, network problems at DC4 have been increasing and causing frequent downtime.
After much investigation, we concluded that majority of those downtimes were problems by DC4 and not within our realm of control.
After much consideration, the management has decided to move away all servers in DC4 to DC5 which is our most stable data centre currently.
All servers will be shutdown at 6.00pm (GMT+8) on 18th October 2008.
The estimated downtime is 12 hours and we expect all servers to be up and running by 6.00am (GMT+8) on 19th October 2008.
If you have any problems or enquiry on this matter, please submit a ticket to us at https://********.biz
We apologised for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
We expect network performance, service and uptime to improve significantly after this exercise.
Sincerely,
**************.biz (http://247livesupport.biz/)
