cs8k pg problem

what has happened to the "pg" page? the pg page (not the epg) only displays the station id, not the programs for any stations. anyone has any idea on correcting this problem?

not sure what you are refering to? have you tried a hard reboot rear power off wait 2mins then back on?

mr. shady: on remote, located under channel up & vol. wheel are the double up & down arrows that controls the program guide window. when the window appears, the station id shows on the left of the screen. however, the program listings are missing on the right. i have tryed everthing from hard reboot to clearing and reloading fact. file & latest file several times over. same results

not sure what you are talking about RWCJ.....the "PG" buttons are for page up and page down...instead of going one step at a time....it jumps an entire page.

i understand, however, the page is not completely populated. example:

MOVIE
$ 0300 HBO (east) -------- BLANK(no listing)

all pages are the same
