Can't get Files

I would like to know Why I can't get the Files to download from this site that I pay for. but I can from one that I don't Please let me know why asap.

Can you clear out your internet explorer cookies and try again.

Log out and then log back into the site.
That should clear your cookies and reactivate your VIP membership.

Did that stil can't get the files to go to my memory stick but will from oher sites

I was wondering why I did as was told about logging out and then back on but it didn't solve the problem of getting the files downloaded

On your internet explorer, go to tools/internet options. Delete your cookies. Log out, then back in and if that still does not work, can you tell us the exact message you get on the screen? You can also try firefox to see if that works.

Nona Thomas your issue has to be in your computer cookies or securities setup.
