Can't get all the channels in my 8000 hd. The channels start from 1000's and not from the number ones and i updated it and it's still the same. Any help please. Thank you

With these boxes the channels start at 1000.... so if you're looking for channel 250 then tune to 1250.
How many channels do you have and how many are you expecting?
