Log In Problems

I am a fully paid up VIP member & have been since it became mandatory.

What's going on?

I log in to the site, but every time I try to access BIN185 I get a message saying I'm not logged in.

So, I log in, try again & get the same message.

HELP!!

Try clearing out your internet explorer cache. Under tools, internet options clear out your cookies. Log back in and see if that helps.

You should not have any problems on this end.
Do what ufc says. Your computer will still look as if you are a regular member if you don't clear your cookies. People should clean temp files, cookies and defrag regularly anyway.
You will be surprised how much better your computer will run if you do.

Nope - still not working. I've trashed all the cookies & emptied my cache.

It accepts my log-in until I go to download the new bin - that's when it asks me to log-in again ... and again ... and again.

I'm using a MAC btw.

Any other suggestions?

Can you post the link for the file you are trying to get? Also can you try other files and see if you can download those? Have you ever been able to download from this site before?

I've been downloading from this site for about a year - it's a great site - lots of support and the new bins are ready when they're ready - gotta be patient sometimes, but hey - the world doesn't end if there's no TV!! LOL!!

OK - when I click on the link for BIN185 it tells me I'm not signed in - but I am! A log-in window appears, I log in, go back to the new bin, click on it again - I'm not signed in again!!

I just tried the link and it worked for me. Try another computer and see if that works. I am not really sure why all of a sudden it started doing that. You could also send a PM to Satbum to have him check your privilages.

OK - I can download from a PC - but not from a MAC ... I have been downloading files from this site from a MAC up until BIN185.

Sorry but permissions don't have much to do in this case. I would check your securities settings in your computer. Have you installed any new updates and or programs lately?

I am not a MAC expert but I believe you should be able to run firefox on your MAC. If that's the case give that a try and see if that works.

firefox does let me download BIN185

very strange - I've always downloaded the new BIN files via Safari - up until now
