A Paypal account can be universal when it comes to payments.
The currency funds can be converted and transferred.

I was on today trying at 1:52 PM, didn't use paypal, I was using a credit card, but the system keep tell me that the I'VE enter an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number, check with the bank have reveal that the card and number is OK, what should I do.
