I recently donated, and have not yet gotten access to files. I have cleared cookies. Can someone help please.

Have you signed off and back on to the site? that normally will get it working.. once it is approved... if that does not do it... let us know.. and an admin will resolve the issue for you... txsgent

So I have deleted cookies again, and still no access.

And I have logged out and closed browser.

as soon as an admin gets online and sees this. they will take care of it.. sorry.. it is taking so long for your activation.. but sometimes.. it is just bad timing.... be patient.. it will get fixed..... and the beers are on me.... txsgent

I know I must sound impatient, but i just finished setting up my dish for bev, and would like to get a bin and test it.

So my question is; when are the admins usually online?

I do also realize that the fee is very small and this has been a great site, but I like most, expect that when it says "Click here to get your Instant V.I.P. Access" it will take less than 4+ hours.

I pm'd Admins. so they know of the issue, it's up to them when they log on as we do not know their work schedules. Hope this helps...

Apparently your method of payment has not cleared yet. I have given you a temp VIP membership until this happens. You will still need to clear your cookies.
