Need help

I have a CS7100. After several attempts I finally was able to load the new bin file 167. The channels are scrambled and I try to scan for channels and get nothing. HELP!

Have you given it enough time to auto/roll? Reboot the receiver from the back switch and leave the receiver on one channel for about 15 minutes.

This is the information I gathered from other users.

There's many conflicting reports on this bin. Some have reported that it only works on DN, some have reported that it finally worked on bev but took about 30 minutes to roll. Some have claimed they are getting lots of freezing. It seems that a better bin will be needed.

Yes. I've done just about everything that's been put out to fix the problem. Maybe better bin file is needed.
