youre right people have bought nfusion and liked it until recently.

as a dealer though i tell you, regardless of how it sells, if the hardware sucks, i'm not going to sell it. this is why I never offered nfusion. There were too many defects (still are), around 10%!!!

The good thing though is that nfusion USA offers no hassle new replacements. so i'd probably be able to use this to give customers no hassle returns, too.

I can see what I can do about it. I'll probably offer 30 days money back guarantee just like on my Viewsats.com. I have to do whatever it takes for customers to be satisfied.
