hi i have captain 7100 usb and freez an boot i download the last fix and i turn the sw of when bootingue now i have nathing on my screen just boot please help

I don't have one of this receivers but have you done a factory default and re installed the latest bin file?

yes but after the last fix you now the machine boot by it self and i turn it off by acident and now freez on boot thanks

Usually on other boxes what you have to do to fix this problem is use the loader for your receiver and factory file. What you will need is this.
1. Null modem cable.
2. Loader for your receiver.
3. Factory bin file.

After you successfully load the factory file then you should be able to apply the latest fix. Note that if you do that then you will be starting from scratch. Meaning you will have to set everything back up and rescan.

dib41j, You are worry too much. Captain 7100usb is very reliable sat rcvd than Mr.Captain. It won't gone by your accident mistake. Just re-install last fix file and do a hard re-boot on your the rcvd. Everything will be fine. If you found the machine freeze , replace the battery on your remote with alkaline battery. I thing you still using the battery which come with your remote.Replace it with the alkaline battery.The original battery only good for three month.
***Sometimes the Captain remote control need fresh battery(alkaline) to work better than regular one,
