CW 3000 HD Video Format

Can someone tell me what video format this box encodes it's PVR files in?

Are they playable from the receiver it'self?

Can someone send me a small clip 20-30 seconds of video from this unit so I can do some testing?

wish I could tell you...but what a cw3000 is a computer with a media center built...so you have 2 DVD's one is used and the other you have a place you can one in
also it has no hard drives..but you can put them inside..but it's OS runs off flash memory
and you can also make it a duel boot system
so I would day you could convert over to a DVD using the right software..or just the record from the system and play
oh forgot it is Linux for the OS
