It appears that Captain has all their people assigned to the dongle and the cardless may have to go whistle for the long weekend. They did this before back in May and here we go again. Viewsat, Coolsat, Captiveworks, etc. ALL have updates. Mostly they concentrate on their core customerw and don't drop everything for IKS.
Right now some unitw are running on May 6/08 bins. There are no bins for Captain during that period because they were too busy with the DONGLE.
There was a time I would have recommended Captain. With the
DONGLE business in the bqckground... not a chance!:!:
Either they get more staff or re-evaluate their priorities.
