Clones or counterfeit Coolsats is a prevalent on Ebay and the Internet. Buyer beware. Make sure to purchase from authorized dealers and Ebayers listed on our website only. You can also send questions about a dealer to info@coolsatusa.com. Clone units are inferior in workmanship, parts and obviously are not covered under our 5 year warranty. Some of the ways to differentiate a real Coolsat from a clone are detailed below:
