here is the Captain 8000 HD Reboot fixed
release notes:
Please after loading do a factory default
Once reciever coome back on please delete all keys and do a hard reboot
now turn to channel 1212 for BeV or 200 for DN and wait for it to roll the ney keys
If you are switching from dongle ( iks ) bin make sure A/R is turned on
