not getting DN Asian Channels post-reset

I did factory reset, but not getting DN channels (Asian-Hindi). Any idea, what I might be doing wrong? which satellite I have to choose. Thanks in advance !

I had everything already set, and I was getting them all. Recently, I did the factory reset to correct the remote problem, and that cause the DN to disappear completely. So please advise from that perspective. Thanks
