i read on the latest news, posted 18 hours ago the latest ecm was pulled.hours ago the ,does this mean all should be good? Or was this before the latest hit? Sorry ,just a little confused

Not completly. New files have been released for most receivers but if your receiver does not have a new bin then you should still be able to get some channels on the DN side. If your receiver does not have a new bin then b3v is completely dark.

will there be a new bin for cs7100 after v149? cos my system is totally down and i did system restore and channel search and still not running .i am sorry to sound so dumb but i really am trying to learn

It is unacceptable, the retard of the new bin for Coolsat. I will discard to the garbage all my receiving coolsat and have for for sure I won't give good references.
It is not possible that they have but of 24 Hours.
I also have receiving CW800 and the bin they always leave at the few hours.
