Did you try the following steps????

Download the factory bin and rename the file to API_FILE

Once you rename the Factory bin to API_FILE you can apply this to your usb memory stick alone in no folders

Step:1 Rename the factory bin to API_FILE

Step:2 Put the API_FILE on your USB stick in no folders

Step:3 Plug the unit in with the power off

Step:4 HOLD the Right button on the face plate with the USB Stick plugged in

Step:5 Turn the power on with the toggle switch wile you are still holding the right arrow

Step:6 API will appear on the screen you now can stop holding your right arrow

Step:7 it will say API,Succ,End

Step:8 If it doesnt work please re try the steps again

Popo,

I dont personally have this model. I dont know how much time should pass but it seems like you should see API on the screen almost as soon as you turn the receiver on from the back. When API appears you are to let go of the button.

Also make sure the the power is off from the machine. Then press the button and then turn the unit on.

I hope I am helping.
