How do I update keys?

newbie here please be gentle. after 5-14 installed it says keys may need to be updated.

this thing is giving me a real headache, how do you enable a patch, I have'nt got this thing to work yet!

Finally got it working somewhat. I had to reinstall recovery image and start over.
